Truman’s F-450 base replaces the dual-rear-wheel arrangement with a single-rear-wheel conversion, supported by a coordinated wheel, tire and clearance specification.
The starting point
The F-450 base package includes a Truman single-rear-wheel conversion, four LT wheels and four 335 tires in the base upfit.
The surrounding details
The base specification includes front flares and fender trimming for tire clearance. Rear flares are not included. Wheels, tires and suspension should be considered together.
Base and Adventure are different specifications
The published F-450 base guide lists 335 tires with LT wheels. Adventure changes that direction to 365 tires and MPT wheels, alongside a winch and replacement fuel tank. Compare the complete package rather than treating the larger tires as the only change.
What to review before ordering
Ask for the final wheel and tire specification, clearance work, suspension choice and the effect of the complete upfit on your intended use. Photographs show a particular truck; they do not establish the equipment included in every build.
Confirm your requirements
Tell us what you tow or carry. We will review compatibility and the completed vehicle’s specification before you commit. Do not assume a conversion preserves every original vehicle rating.
Put the guide to work.
Compare the equipment and upfit pricing, then explore the trucks that show it in practice.
